For the best experience we recommend:
- Using a genuine BOSU® Hydro Ball (any size or generation) which includes unique and patented features - substitutes may not allow the same results
- Wearing gym shoes or minimal shoes
- Having a towel handy to wipe sweat from surface of Hydro Ball - prevents slipping and avoids potential injury
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this Workshop, participants will be able to:
- Discuss the benefits of Hydro Training and combining water actions with muscle loading and proprioceptive tasks
- Explain how various Hydro-Inertia® water actions affect movement for specific training outcomes
- Describe and demonstrate grips and holds for the BOSU® Hydro Ball
- Exhibit high movement quality and skill level in handing the BOSU® Hydro Ball
- Perform over 50 hydro training skills that can be progressed or regressed for all fitness levels
- Demonstrate coaching and teaching techniques for different learning styles and skill levels
