Description

Enhancing balance from an integrated perspective means more than preventing falls - it begins with a foundational comprehension of the specific needs and concerns for the active aging body. As strength, mobility, bone and muscle mass decline, precise training strategies play a critical role in successfully addressing these issues. Utilizing the BOSU® Balance Trainer, BOSU® Ballast Ball & BOSU® Balance Bar, transform your approach beyond the basics and learn a system that provides integrated balance to increase life performance for the active aging client.
