Description

Pilates exercises have gained popularity among athletes as a great compliment to their required training. The same is true for our fitness enthusiasts that want to reap the same benefits! Pilates principles of training and breath work, along with stability & core-combined exercises, provide a solid foundation for quality movement development. In this Workshop, explore how to attract both athletic & fitness-based clients, then learn how to create Pilates integrated core workouts into their weekly routines. Come away with specific exercise sequences and coaching techniques that will enhance your teaching skills as well as your client's performance in sport and life!

Equipment: BOSU® Balance Trainer 1:1, BOSU® Toning Ball 1:1 (or similar small, weighted ball), BOSU® Core Sliders 2:1 (or similar product), BOSU® Fabric Resistance Band (or similar small loop band), BOSU® Light Resistance Band (or similar large loop band - light) & Exercise Mat
